Back in grace for universal income? In the wake of the health crisis, universal income is once again the subject of much debate in the public sphere. Presented as an effective means of fighting against social inequalities, it is defended by different schools of thought and still raises many controversies.Recently tested in Finland, it is now being tested on targeted audiences in a dozen French departments.
