Elections 2019 – Ipse Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Ipse – Institute of European Social Protection – elected Jean-Claude Fluhr on February 13 as President. He succeeds Bernard Petit-Jean, who resigned from his position.

 

Jean-Claude Fluhr, 63, a graduate in Business Informatics at the University of Strasbourg, is federal secretary of the Federation CFDT – social protection, work, employment. Director of AG2R LA MONDIALE since 1994, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of the umbrella Association, VIASANTÉ Mutuelle and the competitive sector, of which he is the Vice President of AG2R PREVOYANCE. Jean-Claude Fluhr is also Vice President of the Provident Fund for Social Security and Related Workers (Capssa).

Involved for a long time in the life of Ipse as board member, Jean-Claude Fluhr also chaired the Synergy Commission of this institute, a place of debate and exchange for the social protection mutual and paritary families.

 

 

On the proposal of the President, the Board of Directors elected Alexandre André as vice-chairman. He succeeds Jean-Marie Prouteau, who, after serving as Acting President, becomes Special Advisor to the President.

 

Alexandre André, 52, a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (Essec) is President of Mutuelle Avenir Santé. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Federation of French Mutuality (FNMF), and a substitute member of the International Association of Mutuality (AIM).

Éric Rambaud, deputy general manager of PRO BTP, has been reappointed as Treasurer and the position of Secretary General has been proposed to Malakoff Médéric Humanis, who will appoint his representative.

 

At the end of the Board meeting, Jean-Claude Fluhr expressed his willingness to give new impetus to Ipse. He will focus on developing new missions for IPSE, by more closely involving member companies and partners in its operation. He also indicated that he wants to sustain and develop the strong European commitment of Ipse.

 

The Board of Directors also paid tribute to Bernard Petit-Jean for having served for three years as President of Ipse.
