IPSE allows GPS, mutual insurance companies and social partners to exchange by “leaving weapons in the locker room” and “putting in brackets” the competition between operators and organisations. It is essential to reaffirm this vocation in order to optimally serve social protection at both French and European level.

As IPSE brings together the main decision-makers, mainly French, in the non-profit insurance sector, it is also essential that the events it organises remain moments conducive to exchanges, sometimes of a strategic nature, between members. Finally, as IPSE has an important political weight through its network (elected politicians and social partners, experts, national and European academics), it is essential that this dimension be confirmed in order to legitimize memberships.
