On September 15, 2011, Solareh-SA officially adopted its new name: Réhalto.
This change comes about through the acquisition by SCOR Global Life SE, a subsidiary of SCOR SE, of the remaining 50% of the capital of SOLAREH SA. It already held the 50% of the shares of Solareh International Inc.

Gilles Meyer, CEO of SCOR Global Life and President of the Board of Directors of SOLAREH SA, declared that “with SOLAREH, SCOR Global Life is expanding its line of value-added services for its clients in the insurance industry, offering employers total mastery of claims within companies through risk prevention and management of medical leave”.
